Rates

Our rates fluctuate depending on your exact dates and the length of stay. We use a professional cleaning company to guarantee that the entire apartment is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. There is an extra fee for the cleaning, but we are sure you will appreciate the peace of mind that your unit has been professionally cleaned. Taxes are 14.42%.

Our rates from April 15 to December 15 are between $119-$199 night

Whale & Winter Season from December 16 - April 14 are $200 & up. 

Please check our VRBO listing or contact me for a specific discounted quote. You can also book on VRBO, but if you contact us directly, you can save some money since you do not have to pay the service fee and we might be able to offer you a lower rate, depending on your dates.
